Old Testament Bible Lesson Thirty-Nine: Hearts of Ingratitude

Numbers is the fourth book written by Moses. It gets its name from the command of God to Moses found in Numbers 1:2, “Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel.” The numbering of the people takes place in the first four chapters. Numbers, which covers the wilderness journey, covers over thirty-eight years of Israel’s wanderings.
